Player Ratings: Torino 2-1 AC Milan

It was a horror show for AC Milan this evening as they lost 2-1 to Torino at the Stadio Olimpico. There were some shocking individual performances and below are the ratings for the Reds.

Beginning XI

Tatarusanu (5): Questions may be asked about the second goal, but the reality is that Miranchuk should not have gone that far to begin with. He failed to convince afterwards, however, with some bad actions and spreading uncertainty.

Kalulu (5): Not his best game in a Milan shirt for sure, as he had a big challenge on Vlasic and was also booked in the first half. Pioli took it off at the interval.

Gabbia (5.5): He seemed to be at fault for the first goal, but was only trying to make up for the mistakes of his teammates (who were closer to Djidji). He should have done better in the second goal but improved as the game wore on in what was a tough clash.

Tomb (5): It is not only that he is struggling in many defensive actions, but also his ability with the ball. He’s always been so comfortable with it, but he’s having none of it now.

Hernandez (4.5): He was barely involved in the game for most of the game and when he was, it ended in disaster. So many slow mistakes and lack of awareness in the game.

Tone (5.5): Delivered the long ball for Messias and worked hard when he was on the pitch, although he can do better for sure.

Pobega (4.5): Very rushed throughout the game and honestly could have easily picked up two yellow cards. Some poor decisions and he added next to nothing when in possession.

Messiah (6): He gave Milan a chance in this game with a nice finish and thus gets a pass, even if he made mistakes like his teammates.

Diaz (5): His off night saw almost no impact during the 45 minutes he was on the pitch.

Leo (4): Absolutely shocking from him this evening with two big missed chances, one of which was an absolute game changer. He was barely involved other than that and when he was, the decision making was not there.

Origin (5): He started the game well, but then faded away and really didn’t give Milan much of a choice. That said, it’s not like he’s had many services to work with.

Destination (5.5): Had a good game off the bench even if it wasn’t an easy situation to make an impact.

De Ketelaere (5): A few good dribbles here and there, but nothing came of it.

Rebic (4.5): A player who can certainly do better. The touch wasn’t there and he missed every chance on the ball that looked.

Bennacer (5.5): It came and tried to control what was essentially a massacre, with some success.

Giroud (N/A): He didn’t play enough to get a rating.
