Ecuador are aiming to secure their place in the knockout stages for only the second time in World Cup history. All it takes is a draw or a win on Tuesday. Senegal, on the other hand, are looking for a much-needed win as the competition heats up. Can only enter the knockout stages if they win or draw plus the Netherlands are upset by Qatar in a game simulcast on FOX.

Ismaïla Sarr was fouled by an Ecuadorian player while chasing a ball into the opposition area, drawing a free-kick to give Senegal their best scoring chance of the match.
44′ – Senegal scores!
Sarr converted the penalty to give Senegal a 1-0 lead. If the result stands, Senegal would go through to the knockout stage and Ecuador would go home. With the Netherlands leading Qatar at half-time, Ecuador would need at least a draw to progress.
